Orders and payments
We accept bank transfer, credit card and cryptocurrencies. Payment options may vary by country and order value. You’ll see available methods at checkout.
Proof of payment is not required unless your payment has not been processed after 3 working days or requested by us.
- Bank transfers are processed during business hours (usually within 1–2 business days).
- Crypto payments confirm within minutes to a few hours, depending on network congestion.
- Credit card payment confirm as soon as you have paid.
No, unless your payment hasn’t been processed after 3 working days or if we explicitly ask for it. As soon as we see your payment, your order goes into processing.
We do not send free samples without a paid order.
Orders over €40 are eligible for one free sample, just select it at checkout.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us via a support ticket. We’ll do our best to amend or cancel it. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Shipping and delivery
We ship on week days within 24 hours after receiving your payment. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier. Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout. You’ll receive updates once your order is dispatched.
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you the tracking details. You can also find them under My Account → Orders.
Shipping availability depends on destination and product category. If shipping isn’t available for your address, you’ll see a notice at checkout.
We provide pick-up through pick-up service points of shipping carriers such as DPD, UPS, Mondial Relay.

If a “Shipped” order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days, please contact us so we can investigate and find a solution.
Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damage. Submit a ticket within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess and arrange a solution.
